Surgical & Acne Scar For Men
Refine Scars. Restore Confidence.
The Aerolase Era Elite Surgical and Acne Scar Peel is an advanced resurfacing treatment designed specifically to improve the appearance of surgical scars. Using the precision of the 2940nm Er:YAG laser, this targeted therapy safely removes damaged surface layers of skin, softens scar tissue, and stimulates new collagen—helping scars fade, flatten, and blend more naturally with the surrounding skin.
Whether your scar is recent or long-standing, the Era Elite Surgical and Acne Scar Peel offers a non-invasive, customizable approach to visibly smooth and improve scar texture, tone, and color.
How the Treatment Works
The Era Elite laser delivers ultra-precise 300micro second pulses of ablative 2940nm (Erbium:YAG) energy to gently resurface the outermost layers of the skin. This process removes irregular texture and pigment while encouraging the regeneration of healthy, new skin cells beneath the surface. As collagen production is stimulated, the scar becomes more flexible, less raised, and better integrated into the surrounding tissue.
The depth and intensity of the peel can be adjusted based on the age, location, and severity of the scar, making it suitable for a wide range of surgical scars—from incisions and excisions to post-procedural marks.
Benefits of the Era Elite Surgical Scar Peel

What to Expect
Each session takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size and location of the scar. During the treatment, you may feel a warm, snapping sensation as the laser works to ablate scar tissue. Post-treatment effects can include redness, light swelling, or a sunburn-like sensation, followed by some flaking or peeling over the next several days.
Healing time typically ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on the intensity of the peel and your individual skin response. Results are progressive, with many clients seeing noticeable softening and fading of the scar after one session. For a complete treatment of your scars, a series of treatments would be recommended.
